Smart Manufacturing
10 Global Production Bases
We operate 10 strategically located production bases worldwide, including core manufacturing hubs in China and an overseas factory in Thailand. Each base is equipped with fully automated production lines and an MES smart management system, enabling digitally controlled management across the entire process—from material input to final product assembly. Leveraging standardized large-scale production, we ensure the efficient manufacturing of precision structural components, heating modules, and UV disinfection units for hearing aid care boxes under strict quality control. With an annual production capacity exceeding one million units, we provide global customers with a stable and efficient supply guarantee.
Complete Upstream Mold and Injection Molding Supply Chain
Quality Control at the Source: We have established an in-house high-precision mold processing center, working in close collaboration with our injection molding supply chain to develop high-temperature resistant, anti-aging engineering plastic casings specifically for hearing aid care boxes. Each mold undergoes multiple rounds of optical-grade polishing and trial runs to ensure casing dimensional accuracy of ±0.02mm, achieving a perfect seal between the heating element and desiccant compartment. During the injection molding process, automated robotic arms are used for part removal, along with vision inspection systems to eliminate burrs and sink marks, providing a durable and robust protective housing for the internal electronic components.
High-end PCBA Electronic Control R&D Center
We have established an industry-leading electronic control R&D center, bringing together a team of hardware and software engineers dedicated to developing smart control solutions for hearing aid care boxes. From constant temperature heating curve algorithms to UV-LED timed disinfection logic, all technologies are developed in-house and continuously iterated. The center is equipped with high-speed placement lines, reflow ovens, and automated optical inspection (AOI) equipment, enabling rapid prototype production and batch validation. This ensures that every PCBA features precise temperature sensing and responsive relay action, making the drying and disinfection process intelligent, reliable, and safe.
In-house EMC Electromagnetic Testing Laboratory
We have invested in building an electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) laboratory that meets international standards, injecting core strength into the R&D and quality control of our hearing aid care boxes. The laboratory is equipped with spectrum analyzers, electrostatic discharge simulators, and radio frequency immunity test systems to simulate real-world electromagnetic environments. This allows us to pre-validate product performance regarding radiation, conduction, and interference immunity. Through self-testing and subsequent improvements, we ensure that our care boxes do not affect surrounding electronic devices during the drying and disinfection process. Simultaneously, this facilitates smooth compliance with certifications such as CE and FCC, helping your products enter global markets worry-free.
